Privacy Policy

This policy explains how DROLLY LLC, operating under the RentMe Orlando brand, handles information when you use our website or request rental services.

Effective date: July 30, 2026

Who we are

DROLLY LLC operates the RentMe Orlando car-rental brand. In this policy, “RentMe Orlando,” “RentMe,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to DROLLY LLC. This policy applies to information collected through this website and related customer-service interactions.

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request a booking or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, address, driver-license number, rental dates and locations, vehicle selection, insurance choice, payment-method preference, rental-purpose answers, special requests, and other information you submit.

The current website form collects a driver-license number, but it does not request a license photograph or scan, date of birth, license expiration date, or issuing state or country. Driver-license information is used to evaluate rental eligibility, verify identity, prepare and administer rental agreements, prevent fraud, and meet legal or insurance requirements.

Booking and transaction information

We create and retain booking references, access credentials for private confirmation links, rental pricing, deposits, fees, booking status, cancellation requests, and related customer-service records. Payment-method preference does not mean that this website collects a complete card number.

Information collected automatically

When you visit, we and our service providers may receive device and browser details, IP-derived location, pages viewed, referring pages, interactions, session information, performance data, advertising identifiers, and cookie or similar-storage identifiers.

Sources of information

We collect information directly from customers and authorized drivers, automatically from website visitors and their devices, and from analytics, advertising, security, and referral sources. If you contact or book through another platform or business partner, we may receive the information needed to respond to or administer that request.

2. How we use information

  • Process, review, confirm, modify, and support rental requests.
  • Communicate booking details, secure confirmation links, policy updates, and customer-service responses.
  • Calculate rental charges, insurance fees, deposits, and other selected charges.
  • Verify requests, prevent fraud and abuse, secure the website, and enforce rate limits.
  • Understand website usage, diagnose problems, and improve our services.
  • Measure advertising performance and booking conversions.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect our customers, business, and property.

3. Cookies and similar technologies

Our website uses cookies, scripts, tags, and browser storage. These technologies may include:

Google Analytics 4

Helps us understand visits, usage, device information, and website performance. Google Analytics commonly uses first-party cookies such as _ga.

Google Tag Manager and Google Ads

We use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure when an advertisement leads to a validated booking. Google Tag Manager loads the conversion tag, and a Conversion Linker may store ad-click information. Our application does not currently send customer-provided booking fields to Google as Enhanced Conversions data.

Microsoft Clarity

Helps us understand website interactions through behavioral metrics, heatmaps, and session-replay technology. Microsoft may collect interaction, device, browser, and online-identifier information using cookies such as _clck and _clsk. We mask the booking form and do not load Clarity on private booking-confirmation pages.

Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights

Provides aggregated website traffic and performance measurements. Vercel states that its Web Analytics product does not use cookies.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Helps distinguish legitimate users from abusive automated traffic when human verification is required.

Session storage

Prevents the same validated booking conversion from being counted repeatedly during one browser session.

Google Analytics and Google Ads may use first- and third-party identifiers together for measurement and attribution. Optional account-level features such as Google Signals, remarketing, and advertising audiences depend on separate Google account settings; this application does not itself configure those features.

You can control cookies using browser settings and any privacy controls we make available. Blocking certain technologies may reduce analytics or affect parts of the website.

4. How information is shared

We may disclose information to service providers that help us operate the website and rental business, including hosting, database, transactional email, security, analytics, advertising, and customer-support providers. Current website providers include Supabase for database and backend services, Resend for transactional email, Vercel for hosting, logs, analytics, and performance, Google for analytics and advertising measurement, Microsoft for Clarity, and Cloudflare for Turnstile security.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, investigate fraud or security incidents, enforce agreements, protect rights and safety, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, or transfer of business assets.

We do not disclose driver-license information for unrelated third-party advertising.

Sale and advertising-related sharing: We do not sell personal information for monetary payment. We may allow analytics and advertising providers, including Google and Microsoft, to collect online identifiers and website activity for analytics, advertising measurement, attribution, and related purposes. Depending on applicable law, some of these activities may be considered “sharing” personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

5. Retention and security

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide rental services, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal obligations. We determine retention periods based on the duration of the customer relationship, applicable limitation periods, tax and accounting rules, rental and insurance requirements, fraud-prevention needs, dispute history, and other legal obligations.

We use access controls, restricted administrative access, encrypted connections, provider-managed security controls, and other safeguards appropriate to the information we maintain. No online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Keep private booking links confidential and contact us if you believe one has been exposed.

6. Your privacy choices and rights

Depending on where you live and subject to applicable exceptions, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of certain personal information, or to object to or limit certain processing and advertising uses.

To submit a privacy request, email us using the address below. We may need to verify your identity and request details before responding. Authorized agents may be required to provide proof of authority. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.

Some information may be retained or withheld where necessary to complete a transaction, comply with law, protect legal rights, prevent fraud, maintain security, or satisfy recordkeeping obligations. If applicable law provides a right to appeal our response, you may appeal by replying to our decision or emailing us with “Privacy Appeal” in the subject line.

7. Children’s privacy

Our rental services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this website. The primary driver must be over 21. Contact us if you believe a child provided personal information.

8. External services and policy updates

Our website may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. The “Last updated” date identifies the latest revision.
